Our animals are happy and well cared for and undergo regular foot trimming, tick checks, and worm counts to keep them at their optimal best . The goats horns are easily tipped to take any sharp points off and are much easier to handle with horns so you can grab onto them. Our focus has turned to breeding more Reds as they seem to do better for us than the standards.
here on the farm we like to use natural remedies where possible to treat any ailments that arise, ensuring our animals are free of antibiotics. Witholding periods are adhered to as per MLA regulations for processing and the animals are personally delivered to the processors by myself to ensure a relaxed delivery and therefore better carcase.

We have sourced beautiful goat meat from Callemondah farm on many occasions, we have been able to introduce this beautiful meat to our family and friends through cooking! Our favourite cuts have to be the leg roasts and the diced meat, our curries have been amazing!! I had the privilege of using Callemondah Farming Company's Goat meat for the Noosa Food and Wine festival. The goat I used came in whole and was beautifully dressed and presented. I found the meat had a wonderfully clean taste and smell. The meat itself was quite lean and was a hit with the discerning public at the food festival.
